Chance Cottage is a delightful 18th Century self catering holiday cottage, situated one mile from the town centre of Mere, conveniently placed on the Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset borders. The cottage is an excellent base to explore these beautiful surrounding counties and enjoy the many attractions that they offer.

The cottage has a double bed and two singles, plus a cot if required, and can therefore sleep up to four adults and a baby - a cot and highchair are available by request. The cottage is ideal for active family holidays or for couples looking to escape everyday life for a relaxing break. The south facing garden and patio is ideal for relaxing and also provides a spacious and safe environment in which children can play. There is a tourist information centre about a mile from the cottage, situated at the library in Mere, for information on many other places to visit nearby.
