Booking Conditions.

1) The cottage sleeps a maximum of five people, including the addition of a cot.
2) Arrival time from 4:00pm at the start of the holiday.
3) Departure time is 10:00am at the end of the holiday.
4) A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £50.00 is payable on booking your holiday.
5) A booking date will be held for seven days from acceptance to allow for receipt of deposit, where upon confirmation of booking will be given.
6) The balance payment is due one calendar month before arrival date.
7) The owners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury caused to any person or property, however caused.
8) If the owners need to cancel the booking, a full refund will be paid immediately. Cancellation will only happen under the most extreme circumstances beyond the owners control. In the unlikely event of this occurring, the client will be informed as soon as possible.
9) One well behaved pet is allowed free of charge by arrangement.
10) Pets must not be left unattended on the premises at any time.
11) Any damage or breakages at the cottage must be reported to the owners.
12) Please ensure that the cottage is left in a tidy manner on departure.
13) Holiday insurance is the responsibility of the client.
14) Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
15) No refund will be given once full payment has been made unless the owners can re-let the dates. Any refund will reflect a dis count of the holiday price.
